These Terms govern use of launchcircuit.life and services of LaunchCircuit Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202847193K), a creative digital marketing agency in Singapore.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing strategy, creative production, paid media management, SEO and related agency deliverables per statements of work. We are not a SaaS vendor, IT outsourcing shop or generic web development studio.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Campaign results depend on market dynamics, media spend, creative quality and algorithms. We do not promise guaranteed rankings, revenue multiples, viral reach or ROI. Examples are representative unless contractually specified.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent enquiries.
4. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to LaunchCircuit Pte. Ltd. Client deliverable ownership is defined in project agreements.
5. Fees
Quotes in Singapore dollars (S$) unless stated. GST applied per Singapore law where applicable.
6. Confidentiality
Mutual confidentiality applies to agency engagements per contract terms.
7. Liability cap
Liability limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to claims, to the extent permitted by Singapore law.
8. Indemnity
Clients indemnify LaunchCircuit for claims from client-supplied materials used as instructed.
9. Governing law
Singapore law governs. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Disputes
Parties attempt amicable resolution before litigation.
11. Termination
Retainers terminate per agreed notice. Fees for completed work remain due.
12. Amendments
Updated Terms posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Disclaimer of warranties
Website information describes agency services in general terms. Signed contracts govern specific deliverables. No warranty of uninterrupted site access or specific marketing results is implied.
15. Force majeure
Delays from platform outages, regulatory changes, natural events or supply chain disruptions beyond reasonable control excuse performance timelines without penalty.
16. Assignment
Client assignment requires written approval. LaunchCircuit may assign to affiliated entities with notice during corporate restructuring.
17. Severability
Invalid clauses are severed; remainder continues. Replacement terms reflect commercial intent where possible.
18. Entire agreement
Website Terms plus Privacy and Cookie policies govern site use. Service delivery terms appear in separate agreements.
19. Survival
IP, confidentiality, liability limits, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
20. Notices
Formal notices to LaunchCircuit at registered address or [email protected]. Clients provide current billing contact on file.
21. GST and taxes
Applicable Singapore GST is charged on taxable supplies per IRAS requirements unless valid exemption documentation is provided.
22. Creative approval
Client approval timelines affect launch schedules. Delays in feedback may shift circuit milestones without agency penalty.
23. Media spend
Advertising platform spend is typically paid directly by clients to platforms unless media buying is explicitly included in statements of work.
24. Platform policy changes
Google, Meta and other platforms may change policies without notice. We adapt campaigns accordingly but are not liable for platform-imposed restrictions.
25. Publicity rights
Client logos and launch names may appear in credentials with written approval. Case metrics are anonymised unless otherwise agreed.
26. Limitation period
Claims must be brought within twelve months of the event giving rise to the claim or within applicable statutory limits, whichever is shorter.
27. Counterparts
Service agreements may be executed in electronic counterparts with equivalent legal effect.
28. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.
29. Third-party beneficiaries
These website Terms do not confer rights on third parties except where expressly stated.
30. Equitable relief
Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or confidentiality breaches without posting bond where permitted.
31. Contract interpretation
Ambiguities in client-specific contracts are construed neither for nor against drafting party when jointly negotiated.
32. Marketing disclaimer incorporation
Footer and page disclaimers about campaign outcomes are incorporated by reference and binding on website visitors and clients alike.
33. Agency relationship
Website Terms do not create an agency relationship until a signed statement of work or retainer agreement is executed.
34. Governing language
English version controls. Translations provided for convenience only.
35. Regulatory compliance
Clients must ensure their products and claims comply with Singapore advertising standards, IMDA guidelines where relevant, and platform policies. LaunchCircuit advises but does not provide legal opinions.
36. Creative asset delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, source files are delivered upon final payment. Interim previews are watermarked when specified in proposals.
37. Payment default
Overdue invoices may pause delivery. Interest on late payments may apply per statement of work and Singapore law.
38. Scope changes
Out-of-scope requests require written change orders with adjusted fees and timelines before work proceeds.
39. Website acceptable use
Users may not scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt launchcircuit.life. Automated bulk submissions are prohibited.
40. Effective date
Last updated and effective 8 July 2026. LaunchCircuit Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
41. Relationship to proposals
Commercial proposals, statements of work and retainer agreements supersede conflicting website Terms for paid engagements. Website Terms continue governing casual browsing.
42. Acknowledgement
By submitting a launch brief you confirm information accuracy and authority to request agency services on behalf of your organisation where applicable.
43. Limitation of remedies
Exclusive remedy for website-related claims is discontinuation of use. Service claims follow executed contract remedies.

45. Entire agreement for site
